We have already said that we know what we are talking about. What else is typical for our work?

At MPG you will always deal with the partners themselves. Our clients will always talk to the boss – not just at the beginning, at the acquisition, but during the whole process.
MPG calls things by their names. That may be uncomfortable sometimes, but it helps to discuss problems openly and without any false consideration.
MPG is an extremely lean company. We do not have a large organisation behind us, no host of staff for whose entertainment we need to produce as many “billable days” as possible.
MPG works very quickly. Not only do we work quickly overall, we also work very dynamically Because we know your problems from experience we can start directly and bring things forward.
MPG will preferably work at the client’s office and with client staff. We recruit our teams from our clients’ companies in order to ensure a close and trustful cooperation with experienced staff and decisionmakers of the company.
MPG can take on numerous different roles. Whether as sparrings partner, pilot project planner or facilitator – we show you how things work and prove that they work. We offer concept preparation as well as communication and implementation.
MPG is “somehow different”. People who work with us like that working with us is fun. We may look like dusty consultants, but we aren’t.
