Our claimMPG’s claim can be summarised in one sentence: We cooperate with managers at eye level in order to deliver a measurable contribution to the overall result. In the end the figures have to add up. We therefore take care that our client organisations do not get lost in “soft” issues during change projects. We have nothing against offsite meetings or outdoor trainings, quite the contrary! However, each of us has made the experience that these one-off events did not have a lasting effect. And that is what MPG does not want to happen. To use a comparison: We are not interested in the 100m sprint race, but in the marathon after. If nothing happens after loudly announced initial events, each individual team member and the organisation as a whole will be less motivated than before. |
