Our methods

Methodical knowledge is important, but methods are not a purpose in themselves.

• Diagnostical systems which cover both personality profiles and situation-related requirement profiles, such as INSIGHTS MDI^®
• quality management methods (e.g. Six Sigma)
• different coaching approaches and communication methods (NLP etc)

are methods we have successfully used over the years. MPG also has well founded expertise in project and change management.

However, these and other methods never play the central role for us. They are only tools in our arsenal which are used for a purpose, but they are not a purpose in themselves. What is crucial is the task before us. We support our clients in developing their own procedures. That we often use a certain method to do so recedes into the background.
